QMS

The Quality Management System (QMS) at AZ FineArc LLC is established to define, document, and maintain the processes, policies, and procedures necessary for delivering high-quality welding and fabrication services.

AZ FineArc LLC is dedicated to achieving the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of our operations.

The QMS applies to all functional areas within AZ FineArc LLC, including:

ITAR

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) controls the export and import of defense-related articles and services to safeguard U.S. national security and further U.S. foreign policy objectives.

AZ FineArc LLC manufactures a variety of defense components within the meaning of the INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC IN ARMS REGULATION (22 CFR § 120.6).

Commitment to Compliance: Senior management is dedicated to adhering to ITAR regulations. Compliance with these regulations is crucial to our national security and the integrity of our organization. All employees are expected to adhere to ITAR regulations and company policies. This includes understanding and following ITAR regulations, participating in required training, and reporting any potential violations.

Resources and Support: We commit to providing the necessary resources and support to ensure effective ITAR compliance. This includes funding, personnel, training, and tools required to maintain and monitor compliance activities.

Zero Tolerance: ITAR violations will not be tolerated. Any violation of ITAR regulations may result in disciplinary actions, including termination. Employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations without fear of retaliation.
